Cooker bulbs look like this...

They usually unscrew (SES type - small edison screw) and are rated for high temperatures typically 300° C and you should inspect it closely when you get it out to determine the Wattage (15W - 20W etc).
There is always a heavy glass cover protecting the bulb - if the cover is circular it probably removes by unscrewing anticlockwise - if the glass cover is rectangular it will be held in by some form of spring clips - you can prise it off quite easily with a flat bladed screwdriver.
A DIY store or a good lighting shop will sell you a replacement bulb.
