having gotten a satifactory reading at the water heater terminals the heating problem persists. I did detect a smell from the PCB unit when i dismantled it but no obivious signs of overheating
did you split the casing on the pcb and check the tracking inside?.resolder the heater relay terminals to the pcb as a matter of course as they have there moments
