You don't say the OS or the specific trouble you're having but never mind...
Use Google - search "HP Drivers"
Go to their HP UK SUpport & Drivers page
Enter deskjet f4180 in the search box
You will be offered all these drivers:
Microsoft Windows Vista
Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit)
Microsoft Windows XP
Microsoft Windows XP x64
Microsoft Windows 2000
Mac OS X
Linux
Click on the one you need - download it and install it.
Now connect you printer and power it on.
