Only 1 headlight working on pug 306. ?

Only 1 of my headlights is working on my 306. Both the drivers side beams are not working. Can anyone pinpoint the problem and offer a resolution? I do have spare fuses and relays. It is not the bulb as the bulb works fine on the passenger side?

Hi Michelle, some duff info from the previous answer, the headlights ARE individually fused!!! the fuses are in the bigger fuse box to the left of the battery depending on the year of your car:- up to 1999 fuse#12 L/H highbeam, fuse#13 R/H highbeam, fuse#14 L/H lowbeam, fuse#15 R/H lowbeam,
for 1999 onwards fuse#29 L/H lowbeam, fuse#30 R/H lowbeam, fuse#31 L/H highbeam, fuse#32 R/H highbeam

Headlights are not separately fused Left and Right...And the failing bulb works OK when you move it to the working side?

Cant be the switch - won't be a relay or a fuse so it must be a wire - poor connection somewhere for a guess.

"Both the drivers side beams are not working"

might also be bad connection related but could be a fuse - or the switch or even both bulbs.
