Leak in KA passenger footwell 2008ka studio?

Despite having 2 water tests, a new door seal and a heater pipe straightening on the bulkhead i'm still getting soggy carpet. No pollen filter on mine as it's a studio. It happens when there's no rain and seem worse when it's parked up overnight. The dealer doesn't seem to care and i'm at the end of my tether. Ford don't seem to care either.Any help gratefully appreciated.

Had this problem with the mother in laws Ka on an 08 plate not she had no had it long altho our problem was due to rainwater... our problem was with water getting in on a part which is supposed to be sealed during manufacture... took it back to the ford dealer and they knew what the problem was and sorted it straight away kept the car for a week to dry it all out and make sure it was completely water tight.... this problem was due to rain mostly though...

If you are getting water accumalate in your footwell even if there has not been rain for say 4 - 5 days then i would be looking at the heater matrix as these are often found under the dash or behind it.... its basically a mini radiator like the one in the front of your car.. hot water goes through it to heat it and then air gets heated and is what blows out of your blowers on the dash... could be a slight pressure leak on it so when the car gets quite hot the pressure pushes water out... i would be looking down this avenue providing you definatly get water when there is no chance it could have been rain or water off the road...
