The pipe that goes outside is leaking and the pressure is quite high. Every time i drain the boiler to bring it back to normal, the pressure creeps up again every time the heating comes on. Also, there is a leak from one of the thermister inlet, is this what's causing it? If not, what can I do to fix it. Many thanks, Jules

part number 505 valve block assembly is leaking underneath approx pint per day. The pressure drops but after you raise same to 1 bar after a minute or so the pressure is too high. I have the relevant O ring seals from Truro Bar Centre. During service the plumber did not want to repair it saying you will always be chasing the leak?
