i have a gold necklace from abroad wich has been streched and needs to be put back into patten. the hoops of the necklace have how become flat can i get this fixed ?

yes it is possible to correct this by an experianced jewellery repairer.

there is a possibility of the link/s breaking open during the process and requiring re-soldering though.
