by accident i have melted the cable on my ghd's , not all the way threw, but dont want to use them if not safe , is it possible to have a new cable fitted ?

if you can open it " with a screwdriver , and then you can replace the cable ,with the same kind of cable, its not that hard to fix , if you can open it , , but dont use it if you can see the copper wires , were you melted it , just be carefull with it , as it is now ,
