Check the inner drum movement for up/down movement, any excess your bearings have gone,If O K remove the top cover (3 screws at top rear ) slide back the lid check the tightness of the counter weight nut(s) .Remove the rear lower panel check the bottom counter weight nuts for tightness .[they do work loose]
Lastly your spider assembly may have a broken arm,this hits the drum as it spins, machine will need to be stripped to confirm this
