problems with thetford cassete leaking?

The problem we have is that we have wee getting into the housing that the cassette fits into. The cassette is not overflowing, the blade is a bit difficult to open fully, and takes a couple of attempts to get it open. It seems to be just wee and not the pink flush liquid, it's hard to tell as it just looks and smells like wee. Can you please help!

Don't know about the wee bit or is it Wii.
Thetford seem to have improved their site except for the question on wee. Take a look at the site if you're in Australia [I've had request for pump repairs from their] www.thetford.com.au or UK www.thetford-europe.com search for the downloads.

you can go back one page and send them a question why. but I think it might be a slight crack in the holding cassette take it out clean it fill it right up with water and see if there is any seeping out around the tank especially the middle join. if so try, no guarantee though, repairing with fibre glass dent repair paste.
I could send pupm repair details of the C2 but forum no longer allows email addresses. Just remember with the c2 cut the wire 6" from the pump and splice in the new pump wire dont try taking the wire out from the micro switches unless you have taken the whole unit out.
