Ford Ka, 1297cc. Periodic misfiring, had new leads?

Had a new set of leads put in. but once in a while, every other week or so, misfire comes back.
Any ideas?

try new spark plugs. its could be distributror cap/rotor arm, or coil pack. not hard jobs to do.
