how do you tighten a chain on a quad bike? ?

Occasionally the chain is coming off the back wheel.
Does seem to have a bit of slack in the chain but can't seem to see how it tightens up.
The back wheel is tight and secure and has no play in it at all?

if you look under the rear axle there should be two holes in it. each side close to the middle.nt sure what shape coz dnt no what bike it is. youneed to loosen the axle from the frame should be two bolts. then put a big screw driver in 1 of the holes and turn axle down you will see chain tighten. then tighten bolts whilst holding axle and job done best tohave a frind tighten bolts 4 u.
