how do i get track rod ends off renault laguana 2000?

ive undone bolts disconected it from wheel end but carnt get it off rod

replacing them with new ones? spray wd40 or similar on the ends. using a blow torch heat it until very hot, then that will free it. a garage uses acetalylene, which is hotter.
