honda lead 100cc?

loss of power wont tic over properly and hasnt got power(auto choke was off when i got it but i screwwd back on and think carb setings could be out) any idea how i can do myself thanks.

It was my automatic choke that was causing the problem on mine.

I agree, if a carburetor problem, it may be a lot cheaper and easier to buy a new or second hand one and replace.

I called a mechanic and it was $80 to look at it and quote....they were selling on eBay for $120.

The battery is behind and above the front light.

Sitting on the seat, looking forward, on the left hand side you will see a number of screws holding the front cover on. Undo the top two. Do the same on the right hand side.

Go to the front and from the top, gently prise of the front cover and then you will see the battery.

FYI, The front cover is in two parts, top and bottom.

I would strip down again and redo it if you suspect carb is playing up then get a cheap one from ebay and fit that one.

Where is the battery on the lead 100?
