my forks are leaking and need new seals, plus the fork stanchions are slightly pitted. how do i replace the seals , how do i get the springs out/in. and how can i clean the pitted areas up. basically fully strip down and rebuild. thanks

If the stanchions are pitted where it slides through the fork seal, the stanchions will need to be replaced or re-chromed.
To do a fork strip and rebuild you would be better using a Suzuki or Haynes manual to help.
I've done this job on several bikes and i need the manual for reference and tolerances and quantities(oil)
