We just replaced our ice maker, pump and water line. The machine is working but the monitoring arm is flipping up evertime ice drops into the tray. WE have to manually flip it down and then it makes another batch and the arm flips up again.

When you purchased new ice maker the metal shut off sensing arm probably had to be inserted into the ice maker and also into the rear ends support for that wire. You may not have inserted it properly into tthe head. Remove it and reinsert it.
