Drivers air bag peugeot 307 2004?

I have a fault light and audible beep when i turn my car engine on saying Airbag fault, the main console reverts back to normal display but the icon for air bag remains on under my speedo.

check connections under seat but really it needs code reading,also when doing anything with airbags disconnect the battery

your airbag system is faulty. needs plugging into computer at garage to obtain faults in your airbag system.
