There should be four screws around the inner part of the lock undo these and the whole lock comes off.
Ensure you first mark the position of both inner and outer sections of the lock so it goes back the same way. It might only need penetrating oil squirted in the lock barrel through the key hole. Try that first.
If there's a small plate over the key hole insert the key enough to open it then squirt in the oil. Push the key right in and work it until it turns free. If not then remove the lock and purchase new barrel section.
Give the lock/s a squirt of oil every couple of months.
All locks outside. The jacking points also, don't grease them or dirt from road will build up on the thread making them hard to turn.
Once done try locking and un-locking the door while its open. If you have a window within reach of the door leave that window open or a larger one if not that you could get in through. Why? I shut my door after replacing the lock and couldn't open it from the outside the handle would not turn fortunately left window open and reached in opened the door, I had put the lock on wrong.
