How can I remove cooker back plate to check fan element?

I have a Candy F245 oven and I suspect the fan element is broken. I cannot get the back plate off the fan to access the element to check/change this - Any advice?

i think there is a plate inside the oven u have to undo to gain access to the oven element! i think not 100% on that! also (once again i think) take off the back cover and undo the spades off the oven! ALWAYS ISOLATE THE OVEN SWITH OFF FROM MAINS! a good way to test the element if it isnt visualy broken is to apply 230Volts on it just please dont touch it when u do so as there is a risk of shock!
