my mower will not fire?

My lawn mower (briggs & strstton) engine will not fire. I have remove the grounding wire between the mag and engine block (no help). I have replace the mag (no help). All three magnet in the fly wheel are strong.
I can hold the spark plug wire terminal and rotate the fly wheel no shock. what did I miss?

Had same problem. You need to reassemble pull starter and pull it over faster, the electronics will not operate until a certain voltage is obtained. Worked for me.

According to your description you didn,t miss anything , it sounds like you know what you are doing so i assume the engine you have has no points. So basicaly if you have a good flywheel, good coil and its not earthed out you should have a spark. Only other thing is the gap between flywheel and coil make sure its not too big.
Good luck
