Faulty control panel on my Hoover AAA1600 washing machine?

I think the control panel on my hoover aaa1600 is faulty. It does not instruct the machine to drain the water anymore. We have checked the pump, bearings etc and all seems to be in order and not blocked. Can the control panel be fixed at all please? Thank you

I pressed the buttons on mine to start it and they have all fallen in. So now I just have lots of holes. Obviously I cant use it because I cant press start. Any advice?
