Why is it that every time I forward something to my email account it is unaccepted. If we can't get them sent and received then it is no longer a viable email program!

I don't think that you can.
It will be an automated message sent by the server receiving your mail to say it cannot be accepted for some reason.
Perhaps the address you have is incorrect or no longer in existence.
