How do i find the connection for my Fiat Punto (53) cigarette lighter?

Hi,

When I bought my Punto I never realised the cigarette lighter didn't work, i have removed the side panel but cannot find anything that i think will fit. I would like to use my cigarette lighter, can anyone help?
