how do i change the glow plugs on a peugeot 206 1.9 diesel y reg?

with the recent cold weather, my 206 has been refusing to start. after eventually starting via the aid of jump leads, the car is very slow, with hardly any power. (not that it has that much power at the best of times!) i have been advised to change the glow plugs, i have found the right ones,i just dont know how to change them. can anyone help me please!

Mk 1??? Does the power return at around 3200 rpm?? IF it does then the secondary ports are not opening as they should. Either they need cleaning OR the vacuum pipes have begun to harden. See here

They screw into the cylinder head at the front. Remove the small nuts holding the supply cable across the glow plugs (7 or 8mm nuts) then use a spanner and unscrew the plugs from the head, the one behind the injection pump is a bit fiddly!.
