can you change water in a snow globe?

I have owned a snow globe for about ten years now, while taking it down to decorate my house i noticed that there was alot of dust in the water. I looked for how to change it but couldn't figure out how, and the water looks just disgusting. I was wondering how I was supposed to change the water?

"P" obviously considers himself to be quite witty to have gone to the trouble of posting the same moronic comment on multiple questions. Perhaps "P" should invest the same amount of time into getting a girlfriend he doesn't have to blow up!

On the subject of snowglobes...

There seems to be only one person left in the world who repairs them. His name is Dick Heibel and he lives in Minnesota. His details are:

1244 E. Woodley Street
Northfield, MN 55057
Phone: 1-507-645-4571

He is in his 80's so he doesn't have an email address, but apparently people just ship them to him from all over the world.

Good luck!
