How do I fix my sewing machine?

The thread on the bottom side of the fabric gets bunched up while sewing, how can I fix this?

Sounds like the upper tension is too loose - try adjusting it tighter - or the bobbin tension could be too loose. Check your owner's manual for how to adjust bobbin tension because there are several different models.

Sounds like either a threading or tension problem, make sure the presser foot is up when you thread the machine, make sure the needle is in the correct way round, top tension about 4 or 5, you should be able to pull the bottom thread through with slight resistence, if it is too tight slacken the screw on the bobbin case about a quarter of a turn anti clockwise until you get the tension as you want it.
