How can I fix my Creda Condenser Dryer TCR 2?

When I use my tumble dryer ( Creda TCR 2) it kicks out a huge amount of moisture. by the end of the cycle, I have water running down my walls!

I'm guessing its something wrong with the condenser unit?!
