How do I fix a Simpson Genesis 504 that does not drain out the water?

the washing machine did not pump out the final rinse water, and is now not pumpimg out any water

I removed the nail (from my trousers pocket) that was jamming that pump

ur pump could be blocked or knackered if water still in machine u need to lower the drain hose into a bucket to remove water the check pump and hoses ;)
