Can I replace a Fan for a Potterton Netaheat 16-22 Boiler?

I have a Potterton Netaheat 16-22 electronic boiler. How hard is it to replace the fan. Also, I can get a reconditioned fan for £70+VAT versus £110+Vat. Any thoughts?

easy to replace only 3 screws but make sure you seal the case properly afterwards. new fan if it was mine
