I have a problem with my Bosch Classixx Washer Dryer?

I put my clothes into dry in my Bosch Classixx washer/dryer and it seems as though its working but when the time is up and I open the door there is steam pouring out! I guess its not condensing properly. I have cleaned the pump bit at the bottom and the water outlet pipe and also run a drain programme. The Bosch engineers are so expensive and I wondered if anyone had any ideas as to what the problem might be and if its worth fixing?

There is a two year guarantee with Bosch, so if it is within this period the retailer you purchased it from will give you the repairline phone number and they will arrange for an engineer to call free of charge.
On the inside of the door of the machine, near the hinge, you will find a sticker with details printed on it. A 12 digit number beginning 'E-nr' and also an 'FD' number about four digits long.
You will need both these numbers and the date of purchase when you make contact.
If you cannot find your receipt, the retailer should have a record of the date of purchase.
Good luck.
