how do you reset alarm number pad c&k to a new code

Hi I don't know if you've already cured the problem? if not remove the lid of end station, remove mains and battery, on pcb you will see 2 prongs marked default short these pins out with a screw driver and reconnect battery you should now have the factory code of 1234
