I live in a very hard water area hence kettle scale
soap hard to lather in bathroom.
HOwever when using my Zannusi 1600 -Hydroys EM 5.5kg i get the opposite in that there are so many suds that the rinse cycle does not clear them all.
I use wash cycle Cottons, 40 temp,900 spin and super rinse.
I used 2 liquid sachets as instructed for hard water but have reduced this to one but still get lots of suds.
I stopped using a Calgon tablet in case this was softening the water but there was no change.
All the water is drained away at the end of the wash but clothes are affected by the excess suds.
Strange problem but could anyone suggest anything.
