my washing machine sees to fill and start off fine but then seems to just turn 1 way with cothes in it then turn the next it does not seem to fast spin the clothes and it does not seen to end at all unless canceled the wash and the clothes are extreemly wet when come out because no spin

sounds like your belt that runs the tub might be getting loose , pull the washer out and remove the access panel in the back , look in and find the belt about midpoint of the long run of the belt between the pullys there should be 13MM of deflection ( flex). if there is more you'll have to find the tighitening point (usually the motor) and tighten it up hope this helps you
