code keeps cooming up done all pipes same problem but just noticed that the machin e wont fill with water and yes they r turned on thanks can you help

it may have to do with the filter in the front of pump,check to see if there are any penny or other obstruction in there

Hi David,

You should be able to find the meaning of the Error code shown on your Hotpoint machine at:

http://www.hotpointservice.co.uk/Service/faq/errorcodes.html

Error code 15: Water is not being pumped out and a flood condition could occur. Check that the drainage hose is raised to the recommended minimum height and that the pipe is not
blocked.

(I think the Error you have is as above but please check as I am not 100% sure)
