I have a Hoover Vision HD 1400 AAA washing machine, that is not performing as it should. It tries to spin on every cycle (apart from draining!) yet cannot spin - it does go around once or so but then just comes to a halt? No other motions happen after this - even when any cycle has been choosen. It then starts flashing as 'time delay'? Am really baffled - can anyone help? It is not even 2 years old yet! Thanks
