We have a Binatone Tevion / Spirit 710 phone with answer phone facilty, the record and recall facility just stopped working, can this be reset?, at present we have to keep transferring the calls to my mobile.

Your help will be much appreciated.

Tevion Spirit 710
Will not record message.
Perform a master reset
Unplug power cable and telephone line cable.
Hold down the DEL key then put the power cable back in.
Press the book key to toggle to test
exit with the square button.
Go up or down for next test.

This was found by trial and error
The phone is now working ok.
