Is there a special tool sold to make the adjustjments on the H & L? What can I use if not?

any electricians thin shafted flat slot screwdriver of 3" long or more - you can take the top cover off your saw and look at the carb, the adjustment screws and the rubber shrouding from cover to carb to give you an idea of what you need.
No magic tool - just a simple thin shafted screwdriver that fits in the adjustment holes freely.
