GE Model GSS22SGPSS fridge not getting cold?

GE side-by-side. Just replaced (1-week ago) heater assembly. Worked fine. Now fridge side temps climbed (41-46, freezer side temps okay. Using proper refrigeration temp guage. Cleaned what I could from behind, fan ok, comp., ok! Could not find coils.
