My TC180 makes a new noise.

I have taken off the back and the motor that drives the belt is the culprit. It needs oiling - but how can I oil it?

although oiling it might stop the noise it isn't going to solve the problem long term.sounds like the motor bearings are at fault from what you have said.from a cost point though oiling is your best bet and run it into the ground.removing the back and whole drum gives you access to the motor bearings but this is a major strip down
