how can i format my kingston pen drive?

my pen drive cannot be formatted. windows is not able to format the drive and asks to insert another drive with different serial number. I tried it to format from ms dos prompt but the system could not write the disk and shows an error

try the HP USB DRIVE FORMAT TOOL available for free, just google it, download and install it.

Select the drive letter of your USB DRIVE, file system type (FAT or NTFS) and click FORMAT.
