The push buttons on my renault megane cc have stopped working- well only the drivers side, the passenger side on still works. I am now having to actually lock my car with the key which is a bit of a pain when i should be able to use the button on the handle. anyone know how to fix this? it is a provelage modle 05 plate

Not really an answer - more of an empathy !

I have a 54 plate Megane Privilige hatchback and first the driver's door pushbutton failed and now the rear one has failed as well (2 down, 2 to go). This coupled with the fact that the front passenger window fails to go down/up fills me with dread that on day, the entire car may pack up completely !!
