I say again check the water PUMP,is fitted on a machine to pump the water AWAY

try and see if the hose maybe kinked when you put it to the main pipe outlet ,maybe there is a blockage.the filter is usually the main problem though,but you have already checked this?

check the drain pump, for a blockage and that the PUMP IS WORKING a replacement may be needed.
