Once wash option is selected, water enters the machine and then the cycle does not proceed. Lights remain on as if working. By subsequently holding down the start button for approx 3secs, the water in the washer is pumped out. No blockages in the pipes given water comes in and leaves. Any ideas or suggestions on best way to proceed will be greatly appreciated.
