My dishwasher is not draining and overflows. The last time this happened the sump was full of gunge. I did not do it myself but this time I want to. Where is the sump and how do I get it off to clean. I also noticed joined to the salt reservoir is another reservoir which seems to be full of a brown substance, is this correct or should it be just water? If so how do I get into it to clean.
