Need to fix White Knight Tumble Dryer Model CL 375 WV?

The drum is turning but no heat,I suspect the heater element is gone,how do I get at it to change it.

I have a White Knight Dryer Model CL 311/1. I have had that happen, i have a Red reset button at the back on the side of the belt cover if you have just press it.
