First check drain filter for blockage , the filter is( HIDDEN IN THE SUMP HOSE,)drain the excess water by placing drain hose into a bowl then lowering water should flow out by gravity when stopped access the hidden filter by squeezing the metal tails and removing the hose ,next strip, then clean out the drain pump at the same time, (check that the pump is working) as a replacement maybe required.
