Bosch 2260 will not dispense conditioner during any wash cycles?

Hi, my wife's Bosch 2260 will not dispense the fabric conditioner during any wash cycle. I'm not sure that water is being fed to the middle tray as far as I can tell. Machine works as normal though.

Any help appriciated.

pull out soap draw look inside at top see small holes wre water comes through make sure none blocked use small pin to clean then should work
