how to fix indesit idl 500 dishwasher ?

my dishwasher keeps stopping halfway through a cycle and starts flashing pre-wash and rinse lights (1 & 3)

the drain is blocked or the filter, i took mine outside and blasted a jet wash down the drain hole (only visable when the filter basket is removed)

works a treat now!
