i just got this Zen a month ago and my older brother was listening to it the night before and when i went to turn it on it had a bunch of errors on the screen, and now it wont even turn on. its fully charged and in order to turn it off (when it actually comes on) i have to use a pen and restart it. HELP!!!!!!
