Hi,

Can anybody help with this one??

We have a three year old Bosch washing machine which seems to be marking our clothing with red marks which don't come out very easily!!!

Any ideas what could be causing this? Have checked there isn't anything in the drum causing it and have put the machine on a boil wash empty but hasn't solved the problem!!

check the drain filter for contaminates rusty bra wires /hair grips coins etc ,but the red rust could be coming from the bearings, water has got past the bearing seal any time soon the bearings will probably fail
check the drum for up/down movement if any, bearings will need to be changed,this is a major job
